A student at ENSI (National School of Engineering) in Caen, Marina is doing her end-of-studies internship at Elis’s head offices, in the Chemicals/Water/Energy Department. More specifically, she is assigned to equipment processes for the treatment of linens. "I was very rapidly entrusted with responsibilities", she recalls. "I conducted testing at every centre in France. The job was a very full one!" Before the end of her internship, her managers offered her the option to join Elis as an employee. "My internship advisor was about to take maternity leave, and another colleague was relocating to Brazil for Elis. I came at the right time!" Now a Chemical/Water/Energy Engineer with a permanent position, she especially appreciates "working in a decompartmentalized way, particularly with the Project, Environment and Quality Departments".
