Charlotte canvasses the city of Lyon for new clients all week long. "We knock on at least 20 doors a day", exclaims this employee who "enjoys having direct contact with clients". Her clients large and small appreciate this daily accessibility. They are all attached to a single centre and build special relationships "with us of course, but also with their delivery people and their account managers. This creates strong bonds in a family ambiance", she explains.

Behind the wheel of her company car, Charlotte "is never completely alone!" This means that appointments made by Elis’s call centre can be honoured on the ground almost instantaneously.
